The ATI in cooperation with the International Training Center on Pig Husbandry (ITCPH) came up with the Basic Meat Processing Information Kit to provide instructions for those who would venture in the meat processing business.

The Kit contains nine leaflets of various pork products such as

• Skinless Longganisa
• Slab Bacon
• Tocino
