We sometimes use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you when the next courses will be offered, that we are making changes to our subscriber agreements or billing policies, to fulfill a request by you for information, to contact you about the status of your account with us (including special promotions or discounts available to account holders), or to provide you with content alerts relating to your selected course. We may use your e-mail address if you tell us that you want to receive promotional information from our main e-learning site or e-extension activities for agriculture and fisheries.

Our main e-learning site uses the information collected from you to better understand the demographics, interests and behavior of our collective audience or to deliver advertisements and promotions that are targeted to your interests. We do not share individual information about you with advertisers in the process.

How You Can Update, Correct or Delete Your Information

You may go to your membership information at any time to update, correct or delete personal information or to stop receiving promotional e-mail or update your e-mail address on our promotions mailing list.

How Your Information Is Protected

e-Extension.gov.ph and our main e-learning site takes reasonable precautions to protect your information from loss, misuse or alteration. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect sensitive information and a series of firewalls to protect our internal systems. You should recognize though, that there is no such thing as perfect security on the Internet.

Children Under 13

Our site is not designed to be used by children under 13, and we ask that children under 13 do not submit personal information to this main e-learning site or partners.

General

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of this main e-learning site User Agreement. Should this policy be amended in any way, changes will be posted to this page.
