To retrieve your certificate, just go back to that particular course you have completed and scroll down to the last topic. Answer the short course feedback first. Also, provide an answer to the course FORUM. You can then view, download and print your certificate for that particular course. If you have questions regarding the certificates, check out the FAQs first. You may also post your question here, in this forum.
