Blended Course on Training Management (TM1) held for ATI Workforce

TM participants during hands-on exercisesLA TRINIDAD, Benguet -- To constantly upgrade and seek innovation for its training services, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), the lead implementing agency of the Philippine e-Extension Program for Agriculture and Fisheries, conducted a blended course on Training Management for its personnel from the ATI Central Office and its network of training centers.

Some 30 staff completed the two-phased training course where they embarked on a hands-on approach to improve their skills and knowledge in conducting training activities after passing the online course (TM1).

Two more batches are scheduled this year for the face-to-face training based on the number of ATI employees who completed the requirements of the online course.
