Take one step at a time and do not overwhelm yourself. Enroll to one course then commit to study it one hour a day. Don't go over 2 or 3 hours straight studying since this would burn you out easily. Most of the courses here you can finish a module in 1 and a half hours.

Take notes (literally write it down on your notebook) while reading/studying through the modules. Every after module test, review it carefully, learn from the items where you got incorrect answers.

Lastly, try to make plans on how to apply it in real life. Example for organic agriculture courses, try making the simple fertilizer concoctions. Another would be to go personally visit your Municipal/City Agriculture Office to register as a practicing farmer/fisher.

Good luck!
