MAKATI CITY -- For the Farmers’ Contact Center (FCC) to be fully operational, the Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) tapped the products and services of the Philippine Long Distance Telecommunications Company (PLDT).

Leading the Department of Agriculture (DA) team, then Agriculture Secretary Arthur C. Yap along with then Undersecretary Bernie G. Fondevilla (seated far right) sealed an agreement with PLDT’s Mr. Renato Castañeda, Vice President and Corporate Relationship Management Head and Mr. Anthony Lim, Assistant Vice President Government Relationship Business Head, (seated beside Secretary Yap from right to left).
