Technotips: WaterA 2014 study in the US shows that drinking water induces short-term cardiovascular and metabolic changes. In addition to the regular water intake, ingestion of 17 oz (0.5 liters) of cold or room temperature water can increase the heart rate which results to the increased energy expenditure of the body to about 23 calories. This sums up to about 17,000 calories burned yearly, equivalent to over 2.2 kg of fat.

It was mentioned like "there must be something in the water", I do not know the exact words from the quote. Maybe a cure for wellness. I do not know. Sa mga paggamotan ay napakahalaga nito. Tayo ay tubig atbp. Sumasang-ayon po ako dito. Maraming pagsusuri pa ang kailangan upang mapatunayan at tanggapin na VITAL po ito. Essential... Life. Biyaya.

Napakahalaga talaga ang tubig sa ating katawan. Our body is 75% water. We need to maintain that level to make our body alkaline so we cannot easily catch illnesses. When the body releases water through various ways, we need to replenish it. That is why an 8 to 10 glasses of water is the recommended water intake from the health regulators.(Vincent Perdiguez, www.cpadavao.com)
