A nutritious eating plan means focusing on healthier varieties of food including some dietary fats. Avocados can be a source of unsaturated fats which are converted to energy that the body will use instead of storing as fats. It also helps the body absorb fat-soluble nutrients Vitamins A, D, K, and E.
Avocados also have the B group of vitamins which help the nervous system function properly. At the same time, eating half an avocado in a salad can help you feel full longer, so you won’t crave for unhealthy food choices.
