pechayPechay or pak choi is packed with numerous vitamins and essential nutrients. It has high amounts of anti-oxidants and vitamin C that help boost the immune system against common sickness. The same vitamin can also help revive lost complexion and reduce wrinkles.

Pechay is also a good source of vitamin K, selenium, vitamin A, and beta-carotene. These vitamins help reduce cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and stress in the eye's retina.

Fiber, vitamin B6, folic acid, magnesium, potassium, and iron are also present in pechay. These nutrients help keep the arteries and blood healthy.
