With all the health benefits of tea, you might want to grab your cups and get sipping! Whether it's green, black, white, or oolong, tea is rich in polyphenols and flavanoids, antioxidants which are known for boosting immune function.
Also, drinking tea helps ease frazzled nerves and keeps us relaxed, making it a perfect way to destress from the tensions brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
So start brewing up a pot and enjoy! Make it a habit to drink tea daily but always remember to consume in moderation.
