Broccoli is a nutrient-packed powerhouse which will improve your immune system. It is high in beta-carotene, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron.

One cup of broccoli provides as much vitamin C as an orange. In addition, it supplies an array of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, and B6).

These vitamins and minerals can altogether help the immune system run in top form.

Aside from its nutritional benefits, it can be prepared and served in tasty ways like soup, salad, roasted, and even as veggie for your favorite dish.
