bell pepper technotipsDo you ever wonder why most of our dishes have bell pepper? Well, aside from its contribution to making our food more delicious, it has nutritional benefits, too!

Bell peppers are rich in Vitamin C and phytochemicals. It also contains carotenoids which, like beta-carotene, are full of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

In addition, peppers can help clear out congested mucus membranes in the nose and lungs, helping you eliminate the toxins and disease-causing components of your cold or flu faster.

Bell Pepper are low in calories and are loaded with good nutrition. Excellent sources of vitamins A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fiber. The spicy ones liven up bland food, making it more satisfying.
