The 2nd Villaba Goat Festival under the Upscaling Rural Enterprise Development (RED) through the Innovative Goat Production System Project will be held at the AV Gymnasium, Villaba, Leyte on June 10, 2010 starting at 9:00 in the morning, which is also coinciding with the centennial anniversary of the municipality. Other activities are Farmers’ Field/Market Day and the Science and Technology Based Farming (STBF) Launching.
