guyabanoGuyabano has been traditionally and scientifically proven to offer several health benefits. The fruit is packed with carbohydrates and vitamins and is also known to have high flavonoid content. Flavonoids are phytochemicals that help prevent the growth of bacteria, allergens, viruses, and carcinogens inside the body.
