I am Dave Gepalago, a BS ABE student of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. I realized that Agriculture is an important sector in our society when I went to college. Despite that I grew in parent of famers, back then I haven't realized it's importance and I wanted to stay away from this kind of life. But now my perception changed, I want to work in the farm. Perhaps, one thing that influenced me was the current practices of farming in my community particularly. Mostly remain on traditional way of farming, with that I made it a challenge to myself. I believed that education is the most effective way to change their thinking and will engage in modern farming practices.

I learned this e-extension of the Department of Agriculture when once I joined an online seminar on Grapes Processing of AgriGabay. And as a student I'm grateful that I found this site so It would be easy for me to learn and earn new knowledge in this field.
