It was indeed a pretty surprise when Maria Theresa Orosco from Novaliches, Caloocan City visited us here at the Agricultural Training Institute’s Central Office (ATI-CO) in Quezon City to get her Certificates of Completion for the various e-Learning courses she finished. In a rare occasion like this, we cannot help but capture the moment. Not just for documentation, but more importantly to encourage other e-Learners to finish their courses and drop by our office to meet-and-greet the ATI-CO e-Learning Team.
