The Agricultural Institute (ATI) joins the nation in giving pride and honor to the late former President Corazon C. Aquino, who has led the country with her lasting legacy.

As part of the Philippine Constitution in 1987, President Aquino issued the Executive Order no. 116, that reorganized the Department of Agriculture, leading to the creation of the ATI. Thus, uplifting further the well-being of our fellow farmers and fishers by giving them avenues towards agricultural development.
