Two of e-Extension Coordinators who are also courseware developers from Agricultural Training Institute have been recently conferred their doctoral degrees -- one in agricultural education and one in educational management.

Rolando V. Maningas of ATI-Regional Training Center IV-A recently graduated at Cavite State University while Merrian P. Sloiva of ATI-Regional Training Center VII graduated at Visayas State University.

Aside from being regional coordinators for Philippine e-Extension Program, Maningas co-authored the e-learning courses on 'Lika! Usap Tayo: Effective Human Communication and Human Relations' and 'Auspicious, Vandaceous: Growing Vanda and Vandaceous Orchids' and the 'Taste the Creamiest Cream Dory: Online Course on the Culture and Utilization of Pangasius' with Laguna State Polytechnic University.


Soliva, on the other hand, developed the course on 'Yummy Yam: Online Course on Ubi Production'. and the soon-to-be-launched 'Online Course on Urban Gardening'. Photo shows Soliva with her husband.
