Three Courseware Developers Graduated from Online Course on Climate Change

The Courseware Developers with their Online FacilitatorThree of our courseware developers just graduated from an online course on Climate Change adaptation and risk management. The course titled “Responding to Climate Risks in Agriculture and Natural Resource Management" is part of the Continuing Education Program of the UP Open University (UPOU) in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA).

Dr. Rolando V. Maningas of ATI-Regional Training Center (RTC) IV-A, graduated as topnotcher of their batch. He co-authored the e-learning courses on 'Lika! Usap Tayo: Effective Human Communication and Human Relations' and 'Auspicious, Vandaceous: Growing Vanda and Vandaceous Orchids' and the 'Taste the Creamiest Cream Dory: Online Course on the Culture and Utilization of Pangasius' with Laguna State Polytechnic University.

Together with him, Maricel D. Dacapias of ATI-RTC I and Noemi Beth G. Macario of ATI-RTC X graduated from the online course. Dacapias co-authored the courses on "From Seed to Seed: Online Course on Corn Production" and "Basic Agricultural Marketing Extension." Macario, on the other hand, co-authored the online courses on "Go Mango, Hit the Jackpot", "Growing Durian the Better Way", and "Vermicomposting: Turning Trash to Cash."
