Hi. I'm happy to be part of this elearning site. I started studying yesterday and luckily finished the course Training Management 1 and got my first certificate. I was bit disappointed with the certificate, I am expecting that all competencies I acquired in studying TM1 was listed or included in the certificate. Hopefully, sana isama.
