been working in saudi arabia for 25 years and planning to retire in bulacan this year. how do i enroll the courses being offered here since i still been living overseas.i do have a small plot planted with davao pomelo, latexless jackfruit, thai sweet tamarind, lemon, japanesse orange all double rootstock. i love gardening so i want to widen my knowledge when i retire this coming november.
