The principle of maximizing the use of ICT in delivering extension services to the stakeholders of the e-Learning for Agriculture and Fisheries is being lauded locally and internationally.  Just recently, it is one of the topics discussed during the 22nd International Grassland Congress held in Sydney, Australia last September 15 to 19, 2013.

 

Anna Marie P. Alo, one of the foremost e-Learning courseware developers and a Supervising Science Research Specialist of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Philippine Department of Science and Technology (PCAARRD-DOST) presented a paper on “Using e-Learning to Aid Technical Uptake of Goat-based Technologies by Small Livestock Producers in the Philippines”.
