I am Rosemarie Solano-Zafe, currently employed at LGU San Andres, Catanduanes as its Municipal Assessor.

I was inspired by Mr. Elpidio R. Tuboro, Vocational School Administrator of TESDA Catanduanes, to go into farming. I was about to develop a man-made forest but was discouraged by a friend of mine and suggested that i plant cacao trees. To date, we have about 500 5 month old cacao trees planted. This cacao trees are planted under coconut trees, and because our land is a coconut land, i cannot venture on high value crops.

The first thing that came into my mind is to venture on producing vermicast, and go on organic farming, the reason why I am here, learning online the methodologies ATI e-learning will provide me.

Am very thankful that i was able to know from ATI Naga City, that there is e-learning facility that can help me.
