dragon fruit technotipAs one of the "super fruits," dragon fruit is rich in nutrients. It is rich in vitamins C, B1, B2, and B3, and minerals such as iron, calcium, and phosphorus. It is also high in fiber that helps in digestion and stabilization of blood sugar levels.

The antioxidants in the fruit help reduce signs of aging and free radicals in the body. Its anti-inflammatory properties lessen joint pains that cause irritation and immobility.
