hi im wilver cabalbag from pangasinan 28 years old,i am a farmer,i found out the e-learning for Agriculture and fisheries through internet. Because of of my poor knowledge of regarding into agriculture and farming i realy want to learn more about it. I think this is now the chance that i am waiting to be learn, that i can be apply or use in our farm. I choose the, Total Quality and Productivity Management for Rice as my course. I choose this course because i want to increase our harvest in our rise field which is very low.
