Hi, My name is Lino S. Cortes, a retired geneticist, plant breeder and biochemist. Our book on "Agriculture without Poisons" in in the hands of NAFC awaiting publishing. This book is based on an true law of agriculture that was discovered in 1938 by Dr. William A. Albrecht that a healthy plant is not stressed, and a healthy unstressed plant can defend itself from any pest and disease, sort of an "immune system". Therefore if you knew how to grow healthy plants, pest and disease is not a problem, so we do not need pesticides!

To give monthly seminars on "How to grow healthy plants" is our job in these NAFC sponsored seminars, every second Saturday of the month, given at the NAFC seminar roon, 3rd floor Department of Agriculture building on the Quezon memorial Circle. Attendance is free, but NAFC does not provide refreshment. Start at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Please join us there!
