It seems that you have already na the idea about the the control measure add ko na lng yung sa prevention. . . sa cultural practices especially sa land preparation I guess we must observe clean farming, complete removal of weeds must be practiced, this could prevent the growth of rice black bugs.
May I also suggest that mono-cropping as much as possible must be avoided this farming system attracts the insect-pest like RBB. If we continuously plant rice with-out taking into consideration crop rotation, most likely the presence of RBB will also be inevitable. . .
